Automation IG understands the value of producing accurate prototype tubes before the full-production equipment comes online. When a major automotive seat manufacturer needed prototype tubes, Automation IG utilized existing equipment, in-house expertise and machining, and already-completed production tooling to deliver prototype tubes months before the full tube-bending system was complete. Automation IG’s client was able to offer their end customer early production parts for testing – an added value that the end customer used time and again.
